Jesus informed Vera that she is part of his lineage and during that lifetime she was one of his disciples. Jesus shared with us that Vera had reached the level of master. That on the other side, Vera walks shoulder to shoulder with master teachers like Paramahansa Yogananda. She is a Mystic, and Christ Jesus encourages Vera to use the titles she earned. But Vera is humble even though Jesus explained the term master simply means one who has reached a certain level of consciousness, of heart centeredness, and holds accumulated qualified light. He explained, Vera is a Mystic in the true sense of having the ability to gain insights into mysteries that are beyond the human intellect. Jesus said, that is one of the reasons I, Jesus, chose to ask Vera to do this work. Vera is spiritually sagacious, and I needed someone who has the perspicacity to break down deep concepts while maintaining their true meaning and frequencies.” Vera’s communications and visions of Christ Jesus, Mother Mary, Isis, other ascended masters, and spiritual teachers are on-going.Vera also remains close to Archangel Michael who appeared before her and continues his loving guidance and support. Vera has formal spiritual training and numerous certifications in various modalities of healing, reiki, shamanic rituals, sacral cranial therapy, and Chinese medicine having studied in the USA, and internationally including time spent in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Bali where she also took a deep dive studying Feng Shui. Intuition and experiential opportunities through actual events as well as meditation and receiving messages by communing with Spirit, all inform her personal philosophies and practices. Besides being a spiritual scholar, a channel, and an Elemental communicator, Reverend Lauren is an author, ghost-writer, editor, motivational speaker, grief counselor, and an emotional healer—Archangel Michael was the first to inform Vera she has this ability, confirming she was called upon to do this spiritual work in sacred service, which he explained is why she had to go through a great deal of trauma to reach this level of consciousness. The Archangel said everything goes through the emotions before manifesting in the physical. He suggests addressing issues straight on to avoid creating dis-ease.
Christ Mary formally initiated Vera as a Priestess in the Holy Healing Order of the Blue Rose and Vera considers herself more of a conduit for healing believing, “Source is the only true healer.” She takes none of the credit, and asserts, “Your body has a separate consciousness, so your body is your mind in action because your mind influences your emotions.” Vera is also an initiated Sholar.
Vera credits her beloved mother, Winifred, with clearing the path for her life’s work. Her mom was altruistic, benevolent, and deeply spiritual even though she was Catholic and raised her children in that religion. Winifred had an unusually balanced perspective about religious limitations and dogma. From an early age, Vera and Winifred had many discussions about concepts. Her mom recalled, when Vera was little, she would repeatedly tell her mom, she ‘spied’ on her from heaven, while deciding if they were a match. So, it made sense to Vera when Christ Mary taught us that, about 3 months prior to a soul entering a human womb, every soul hovers over ‘potential candidates’ for perspective parents. The parents weigh in as well. (This is discussed in our first book, The Measure of Christ’s Love.)
From about ages 5 or 6, Vera refused to believe in an angry God. Her reasoning was, being the youngest of 11, she was frustrated with her siblings, especially her pesty brothers; yet she loved them and couldn’t understand why God seemed to have a limited capacity to forgive, which came easily to her. Therefore, how could we burn in hell forever, as the nuns and priests insisted? Vera was obsessed with discovering the truth, she would wake her mother in the middle of the night to talk about it. When her mom was baking, Vera would get close to the oven to see what hell would feel like. 😇
Wini was a formidable, selfless, compassionate, advocate and an inspiration. Her example is a tribute to show the value in creating a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment for children to expand without being an obsessive helicopter mom or losing perspective; a reminder to everyone to be more present in the moment helping others become their own font of wisdom.
Paramahansa Yogananda’s Self Realization Fellowship
Vera recalls…I was interested in learning Kriya Yoga and preferred studying through Paramahansa Yogananda’s Self Realization Fellowship, but you had to be a member, so I joined. I loved the frequencies achieved through Kriya, but I wanted more, so I kept pushing for higher levels—originally, I was told there were only two levels, but my guidance showed me more. I gently began to badger, the then president of SRF, Daya Mata, with the questions and requests for additional Kriya levels; she mostly humored me, but occasionally I received an undisguised nugget and eventually, I was granted permission to learn the remaining Kriya levels.
I have never spoken publicly about this before, but after a time of daily devotional Kriya practice, Jesus told me that I had reached a certain level, but now it was holding me back. Jesus then suggested,– spirit will never tell us what to do, only suggest – I stop practicing Kriya and then he would give me a method similar to what he did during his life as Jesus when he was in the desert for 40 days. I was blown away, and of course, changed my practice, which profoundly impacted me.
When it first opened, the Los Gatos Self Realization Temple did not have resident monastics, so I was honored to be a part of the Sunday services as a reader and also led meditations. I enjoyed the SRF community and when I lived near their Los Gatos Temple, prior to them having resident monastics, I was a Reader for two years and led mediations from 2004 and 2005 before moving to Kaua’.)
Technically, I’m still a member of SRF and have fond memories and appreciation for all I learned, but I’m no longer active since accepting my contract and becoming devotionally involved with this honorable work with my lifetime mentor, Christ Jesus. (Growing up, I was unaware Jesus was my mentor although, I always thought of him as a brother.)
Vera Lauren graduated summa cum laude from the University of New Haven in Connecticut and was awarded a full scholarship for her masters, which she placed on hold to follow a dream–the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute also granted her a studentship in both New York and Los Angeles, which she accepted. She has credits in theatre, film, radio, and television and worked as a producer and in production for the CBS affiliate, KPIX, in San Francisco. Vera especially enjoyed her experiences as a producer and as a talk show host in several metaphysical films including the Michael Teachings, and as co-host with Catherine for their radio show, Dialogues with the Ascended Masters. Vera also consults on films with spiritual or paranormal content.
Vera was affiliated with a prominent hospital in Redwood City, California, as their first, and only non-denominational minister where she also served, for about a decade, along with her therapy dogs, as a volunteer home Hospice caregiver and certified grievance counselor. Throughout her entire life, even as a child, Vera was always fascinated with death. So, it is not surprising that one of Vera’s areas of “expertise” is death. Early on in her spiritual journey, Vera was taken in a conscious state through the Bardo. When she did Hospice, Vera was known as the Grand (not Grim) Reaper. 🤣

I love serving by sharing spiritual techniques and philosophies I have cultivated to achieve frequencies for peaceful awareness, while balancing everyday trials:
Every day: Meditate, meditate, meditate!
Do not take a truth and make it the law for others.
On how to manifest. Jesus told me to really feel the emotion and gratitude when creating, be deeply grateful, act as though the desired result has already manifested. He said, act with excitement, like a child at Christmas, that the desired gift is already under the tree.
With a balanced mind and an open heart, you will come to understand that there is no conflict between sacred science and spirituality. The pure fundamental nature of spiritual teachings is scientific as are the techniques such as meditation and prayer.
Like everyone, I AM the master of my own mess, a work in progress; however, I intend to always do better, and I continue to work on starving the ego. The masters suggest we do not beat ourselves up or dwell on our mishaps—where attention goes energy flows; rather, focus on your good qualities and that energy will contribute to their expansion.
I aspire to inspire. My intentions are to empower people to be independent not dependent on anyone or anything outside of themselves, believing Spirit is within us all—albeit this consciousness is dormant in some. Often, what we think we already know is what will stifle growth. Only be satisfied when you have a direct, personal, relationship with Source, with God. Careful not to anthropomorphize God or Source. Of course, God can do anything, but I like to imagine God is “incapable” of anger or hate because He does not want us to suffer.
Do NOT underestimate WILL POWER! It is applied WILL.
Achieve self-mastery through balance and an unlimited consciousness to become one with your true self and end the cycle of reincarnation.

If a teaching is not loving than it is not from God. Be ever conscious of not contributing more negativity to this world and mindful of those you align with. I AM not on a mission to convince anyone of anything, and I do not wear labels, religious or political. I refuse to impose my philosophies nor make them the law for others. Intentions, how you treat others, including animals—all life has value, and what you contribute to this dimension are what truly matters. Two of my sayings I like to share are, “when you step up, spirit steps in” and “marinate in gratitude” for even the tiniest blessings then you will find joyful contentment and perhaps bliss.”

Before going on, to be clear…
First, I am not a psychic or a Medium. There are many respectable psychics, but in my opinion, some only read your current energy. For example, if you pass a bridal shop prior to a reading, they might pick up on that and say they see images of a wedding around you.
I have great respect for mediums, and I have communicated with those in spirit, but I am definitely not a medium. Personally, I would not want all those (random) energies in me, although that has happened. My area of expertise in this life are as an emotional healer, death, and the afterlife.
Regarding channeling: I believe everyone is a channel– of sorts. After all this time, some masters, including Christ Jesus and AA Michael are blended with me. For example, when I am writing a business letter, I receive, what I call, thought forms. When we work together, their voice is clearer than a human voice in person or on a phone call. At times, I’ve been directed to include a passage– from a book or one of his past messages, in a letter, lecture, or session. I learned this process is always evolving and seemingly on their terms as to when and where this occurs, lol. Being intuitive helps considerably and I believe meditating nurtures intuition by expanding our third eye; that is why I wrote, meditation is the gymnastics of the soul. Again, we are all channels, to some degree, in various ways. That said, Catherine Julian Dove was a rare channel indeed and I do not even come close to her energy. (2017)

“We have all heard the buzz words such as: life coach, motivational speaker, and cheerleader as defining someone who can guide you to succeed on your journey of personal transformation. Along with this comes promises of victory with additional buzz phrases: rewiring your core beliefs, reinventing yourself, success with positive thinking, and so on. All of this well intended rhetoric gets you pumped, but most fall flat like a short lived sugar high. Every teaching of this nature, in my opinion, must leave one empowered not dependent on anyone.
I offer techniques for building your personal network of support and designing your very individualized power-tool pack of techniques for a higher quality of life and a solid foundation that is applicable for mitigating any every day or unexpected life struggles. To me, intentions are the key behind everything and my intentions are to improve the life of others, so no one leaves this world without having sung their song; I encourage them to hit that high note.

Here are some questions to ask yourself:
- What are your emotional buttons, what motivates you, and what are your inner strengths, and what needs to be developed? Do you lack discipline? This simply means doing what is necessary even though you really do not want to–like exercising.
- De-program core patterns that block, mask or are seen as hurdles such as procrastination. Are you living in the World of Want?–of which the universe will respond in kind. In the World of Want you will never have, only want, fulfilling the Law of Attraction. Much like memories of my own mother always asking God for strength and the Universe responding with more hurdles fulfilling her requests to be stronger.
- Are your relationships stagnant, but like a comfortable old bathrobe and slippers you are too lazy to change? Do you settle, believing that is all there is and that you are either too old, too tired, or have responsibilities stifling your happiness. Yet, you feel as though you are serving a prison sentence?
- Do you play the blame/shame games?
- Do you always have an excuse for just about everything?
- Are you stuck in the energy of lack and limitation having taken the Vow of Poverty instead of the Vow of Abundance?
- Is it your belief that happiness is a goal?
- Are you always shoulding on yourself and others?
- Do you have pent up dreams?
- Do you live in denial of your feelings?
- Are you always seeking approval?
- Do you mentally rerun situations, thus drawing energy to them so they will reoccur in your life over and over? Where attention goes energy flows!
If you answered yes to any of the above questions, then in this very second stop beating yourself up and commit to making a change to reframe your thinking with true intentions and to commit to self healing techniques that will result in your desired lifestyle. Look, we are all magnets attracting the energy we send out manifesting the results we concentrate on. I call us, karmic human-boomerangs.
Miracles are not just in the Bible. Much of our behaviors have been put in place since the day we were born. It really does not matter how you got to this point, only that you recognize you are worthy of a better life. If one drives to a show in a very cool car and someone else drives a junk, is one more or less deserving of the highest entertainment? Absolutely not! It is okay to look back in life to learn from our history, but do not stare or you will stay stuck in the past like television reruns. I have come to believe the old adage that goes something like, there are folks that make life happen and those that wait around for life to happen. Which one are you? “
