Just to preface, I am have always been interested in metaphysical and spiritual teachings from a very early age. In many ways, I feel fortunate that my parents did not steer me towards any kinds of religion or even philosophies as they were immigrants just trying to survive in the States. That left me with a great open mindedness to do my own discoveries and learn from my own experiences. Hence I have become an “experimenter” but also realizing the value of inner Guidance in selecting which “experiment.” I am not against science nor do I buy into the religion of Science either. In my life, I have confirmed many things relating to what we call Spirituality through actual experiences and feedback. That is, I do not just say a cover statement “it is what it is” nor “it was meant to be” in order to not use the minds we have been gifted with throwing out these easy blanket statements. We are gifted from God with brains AND heart so I like to use both to confirm what I might find valuable for my Path here on Earth.

I feel compelled to thank you for putting forth this precious book into the world. I picked it up this morning after a long meditation and I felt prompted to open the book randomly- well not that randomly because as I am flipping through I could hear, no, keep going…ok stop here. So I landed on page 183, The Initiate and was to continue reading the Divine Blueprint ending with the prayer. The strong strong feeling I received is difficult to put into words. But it was such a strong impact and remember, I have no attachment to any previous teachings of Jesus and to tell the truth, I probably avoided anything too “religious.” Thank you to these authors from my heart for this deep resonance.
August 26 update:
Just wanted to share what just happened. I had just finished a healing session for a family meeting at the hospital of their loved one as he was near death. After I finished, I sat a bit longer and picked up your book. I heard to turn exactly 10 pages from where I opened it and to just read that section – page 215. That section was “Guardian Spirits” and the end part was how Guardian Spirits help in transitioning. It brought me great comfort just getting confirmation that so much help is available. Again, I give many thanks for this precious sacred writing.

I have to admit, at first I was a bit daunted by the sheer volume of information this book contains. It covers a multitude of deeply spiritual, yet nonreligious teachings that individually take time to absorb into your heart, mind and soul. However, I finally determined that the most effective way for me to read this book was to choose a chapter – at random, or intentionally – and just let it flow into me and give it time to work its magic. You can also use the Table of Contents as a reference guide when you are experiencing difficulties or confusion in any areas of your life where you are seeking guidance, grace or clarity. When I am looking for some inspiration I’ll also just close my eyes, meditate on my intentions and randomly open the book to see what might help me find some beautiful nugget of assistance. That sounds a little silly, but it has actually helped me many times in very surprising ways. However, I don’t want to dissuade anyone from reading this book cover to cover! I am merely giving you my experience working with this very flexible and beautiful book on Christ’s Love.
There is one other aspect of this book that I truly love and would be remiss to omit. Like a lot people on Earth, I was raised in a religion that has many teachings based on the fear of God, and preaches obeisance to the structures of the churches and their ministries. The quote below is from the chapter titled, “A Closing Message from Christ Jesus.”
“Throughout this (book’s) teaching, I have been planting seeds telling those whose hearts remain open to think for themselves. If a teaching promotes fear, separation and drives a wedge between people, it is not from the highest heaven.”
I will leave you with that quote, and the highest recommendation for acquiring this book, and enjoying it in your own way to capture the beautiful Light within it. I loved it!!

I’m not a religious person, so when I saw the title of this book by Vera Lauren and Julian Dove, I was a little skeptical. I’ve been in intense life or death situations as a US Marine in Viet Nam attached to a helicopter squadron in Marine Air Group 16 (MAG-16). I witnessed atrocities and the deeds of heroes alike. So,the title THE MEASURE OF CHRIST’S LOVE definitely intrigued me. I bought a copy and at first all I did was scan through it to see if it warranted serious consideration for my reading library and guess what, it was filled with inspirational tidbits as Christ walks through the world,discussing the things that make the world turn, reaching into many corners of your mind as if Christ had been virtually reborn. So, I’m still not religious, but I found the experience of the writer’s words breathing and giving life to a virtual reality character of Christ. Reading this book was a real joy and makes you think about Christ’s redeeming grace as it affects your life. His words are real, bringing one into an introspective analysis of where you’ve been, where you’re going and whether you’ve given back to those who nutured you through life to this point. The book doesn’t corner you on any religious philosophy, but it does impart a psychological awareness of Christ’s teachings, beliefs and paths travelled. I guarantee that when you start one chapter, you’ll find it difficult not to keep reading even when your eyes tire and you’re forced to wait until the next day to complete it, that’s right, you’ll get through this book in a couple days because it holds you in its grip and I suspect that many of those who have read THE MEASURE OF CHRIST’S LOVE already have found a more peaceful place in their lives. IN RETROSPECT, one wonders how this book came to be written, are the authors somehow speculating about Christ as human being or diety, or was it a once in a lifetime experience created by the authors sharing a lifetime of walking in the shadow of Christ’s love, an experience now shared with the world. Buy this book and begin your journey that never ends, but as you travel you’ll discover that the title is true to the words found inside through THE MEASURE OF CHRIST’S LOVE. I highly recommend this book for the families of active duty military still facing danger overseas, and for those who have returned, confused about the pain war is destined to leave in its path, and grief suffered by the loss of friends in combat. Sometimes life makes no sense and that’s why THE MEASURE OF CHRIST’S LOVE can bring peace to troubled minds and souls. CHECK IT OUT!!

This book is a treasure. It is wonderful, a true beam of clear love light coming from the heart of Christ. Every time I open it up whether I am reading a chapter or open it like one would while consulting the I Ching, I receive a powerful message and lesson as if receiving the focus of love Itself.
It just puts me in a zone of such clarity and love. It is an education into Christ consciousness, his purpose, his love and his life. 5 STARS indeed.

I am an Atheist; at least I thought I was, until I read The Measure of Christ’s Love. I only read this book because of conversations I had some years ago with Vera Lauren and always liked her non-imposing, non-dogmatic approach to spiritualty. I also like the science behind her philosophies. Vera always said that in one way most Atheist have it right because the angry God they are told to believe in does not exist. This is a really virtuous book for anyone interested in an intelligent perspective on a plethora of topics leaving me wanting more. I have always been turned off by Bible thumping Jesus freaks, and now I find myself admiring this gentle teacher whose main philosophy is to love unconditionally. How frustrating it must be to tell people over and over your simple messages and not only have them be manipulated, but to be called God. It is outrageous! I have been witness to much religious arrogance and yet it is almost comical if not sad that this incredible master had to waste precious time convincing people he is only an example of our potential. This is another thing this book defined for me, that the word Christ means universal conscious. Actually, Krishna means Christ–and Krishna is one of the first Christ’s we have historical records on and I question why this is not commonly known in the West. I especially enjoyed the question and answer section as well as the very informative glossary. I anxiously look forward to the next book.

This is one of those special books that come along where you are left totally confused about what you wish to accept and believe. A large part of me really wants to embrace this book as a work of truth; and the book itself as a messenger. I did not know Catherine Dove, the women who channeled these words from “Jesus” and others. I cannot pass any judgement on her – I really do not know what to make of it all. I figure there are only 3 possibilities when it comes to “judging this book”: 1) It is all the truth 2) It is the work of a delusional but well meaning women 3) It is totally fictional.
If the reader allows themselves to become fully open-minded and chooses to accept the possibility of this accounting as being “the truth” – then this could be a book of revelation and prophecy. If it is really the truth and one chooses not to believe it and belittles what is written within these pages it could be a huge crime against the authors and perhaps even the Divine Lord. So, I chose to take a different route to reading this book. I just read it for the messages that were shared. I tried not to judge any of it. I do not feel qualified to judge anyone else’s spiritual experiences. Catherine Dove writes what she believes to be the truth so I respected that.
The messages inside the pages of this book are very much inline with most new age takes on the life of Jesus the Christ, but she makes it a loving tale and offers up much for the reader to think about. I would recommend this book to others without passing any judgment on it. I took the same attitude when I first read “Conversations with God”. Perhaps everyone is just tapping into their own higher self; and since we are all one with GOD, then maybe all conversations with ourselves are truly conversations with God at that basic level.

I have followed for many years the longing of my heart to understand the God and Christ story of my childhood and as an adult. I am looking for a core to go to where I can find solace when life’s challenges are almost too tough, where I can find once again my self as soul and ultimately when I can live in harmony with a God conscience. Being born in the Western world as as Christian, the path of understanding, acceptance and a actions that quiet and give me a feeling of soul growth is the most familiar with the Christ story. “The Measure of Christ’s Love” offered the light to revisit, widen or explore new landscapes of my heart and soul. Both Catherine Julian Dove as Messenger and Vera Lauren as a Contemporary Master did this for me. Their separate voices enhanced their insights in the Christ messages. Meditation is part of my life and this book contributes to my meditation practice as well. I can highly recommend this book to anyone who is – alone or in community with friends, is on a personal spiritual journey with both heart and mind focused on love, forgiveness and gratitude for the many ways to find them with the humble, brave and amazing will to persist, to move forward for more understanding and the desire to share it with everyone. It is my hope that that many others will be gifted with finding their longing met by reading this book.

I am so skeptical when I find or stumble upon books where the author claims to channel Jesus.
Usually, it does not resonate with me, but this book was so different. It literally hits right to the core of everything I feel and believe in a neutral way. I could not put it down and still have it close by. You can feel Christ’s energy through it. I am not kidding, this book is beyond. I have only read a couple books this powerful in my life.
It almost just feels like a magical book in my hands and so special. I personally now use it as reference or for advice. If I am going through a bad day, this book is there to guide me.
The woman who channeled Jesus is very crystal clear. Vera Lauren and Cathrine Julian Dove did a beautiful job with this book. Mission or job accomplished.
If you want a book to fill in answers and bridge gaps in the spiritual community or help fit some pieces together, this is the book. I am tired of people giving vague info and saying spiritual garb that feels empty to me. This book was not empty at all. Wow!

The Measure of Christ’s Love is a book of exploration, insight, and discoveries. Not a religious reading, but a view of the true message Jesus brought to the world, and one which now becomes crucial for humanity. In this book, Vera Lauren and Catherine Dove expose the channeled words of Jesus, but this is not “just another channeled book.” The teachings within the work speak to the soul of the reader. Even as some of what is discovered may be new or unexpected, it rings of a profound reality. It must be kept in mind that the language of a channeling is not always colloquial because of its esoteric nature, but it is easy to read and absorb. Jesus comes closer to the reader, speaking directly to him or her. This is a reading that shouldn’t be missed. The channeling by Catherine Dove is extensive, but directed to our present needs as a humanity. The writing of this work, by Vera Lauren is a work of love and dedication. She has presented the channeling in a readable manner for easy assimilation. Some terms may not be familiar to the reader, but the message is one of pure love and acceptance. All that is needed from the reader is an opening of the heart.

Man’s search for meaning and purpose has existed for thousands of years … for some. And for them, the sacred knowledge brought forth by many spiritual teachers has been avidly sought. Jesus left not only a lasting impression, but implanted an energy on earth 2,000 years ago which remains with us today, and captured in “The Measure of Christ’s Love”. This book is of a higher calling and place; it offers the deeper meaning of Jesus’s teachings and words to mankind. If seeking a greater expansion or clarification of your inner world, here you find intrinsic value toward that end.
As a seeker to all seekers, I recommend this book to clarify your thoughts, to question your beliefs, uplift and open your heart, and to remember your journey. With words of wisdom, this book from Jesus reminds us of who we truly are , the energy we carry and aligned use of it. These words ring of truth, although not always matching those handed down by various groups throughout time. Catherine and Vera have honored their higher calling bringing these words of Christ’s love to us.
I found this book one of contemplation rather than a quick read through. At times it’s one I simply pick up to to any page to carry into my day. “Christ’s Love” is measure of support to our lives in our chaotic world today.

I am deeply moved and inspired by the channeled information in Vera Lauren’s and Catherine Julian Dove’s beautiful book The Measure of Christ’s Love—which in essence is that Christ’s love is truly boundless, measureless, and infinite. It is so refreshing to receive clarification on many times translated and often mistranslated passages in the New Testament in a way that reveals the underlying message of love, compassion, wisdom, gratitude, forgiveness, self-forgiveness, and Oneness with the Divine. Open-minded Christians and those who regard Christ as an Ascended Master will benefit from this book. After taking my time reading it a few pages at a time over a period of months, I find myself approaching it as an oracle, asking a question or making a prayer and opening it up “randomly” to get the perfect answer. A true gift to the wider spiritual community. Thank you!

No matter what your religious beliefs, “The Measure of Christ’s Love” will get you thinking and it might open our hearts and minds to accept peace more easily into our lives! It is a fascinating look into the possibility of a greater connection between East and Western religious traditions. After studying the Bhagawad Gita, the Bible, and Buddhism for years now I can say that Catherine Dove and Vera Lauren open an entrance to an enlightened path of self discovery, exposing doctrinaire viewpoints that muddle one’s judgment. They give a precious gift to all of us as this book elucidates and harmonizes mankind to Jesus’ exposition of God’s exact messages, significance and purpose.
This book is a very interesting look at religion, exploring similarities between the stories about Jesus, Krishn, and the Buddha. It raises the point of why some feel they are “right” and if you do not agree with them you are “wrong.” It also explores what faith is really based on. While there are many different religions and variations thereof, perhaps they really are not that different in the end. It is about time for the concept of commonality to be explored in regards to world religions, especially considering the aspect of certain fundamentalist institutions. Great food for thought and here’s hoping more than a few aha moments will ensue.

I have some issues with the bible and I truly feel there are some things missing. I would never knock anyone’s belief down, but there are some holes I have experienced in my life. This book filled in a lot of those holes for me and I really am thankful for it.
I never saw GOD or Jesus as a revengeful God and most everything this author wrote really spoke to me.
I am in complete awe as to what was written. I am not sure if they have a website or somewhere to write the author at all. What a great guidance that points to the truth.

I was raised as a Catholic but as I got older, I had many questions and issues wherein I could not find answers, thus I was going through life, not as an atheist but more like an agnostic. Is it real what the bible states, or just a collection of myths?

I frequently refer to The Measure of Christ’s Love. It is not meant to be read in sequence all the way through. I jump around and read what I need to learn depending on what’s going on in my life at the time. I find that it gives explanations and clarifications that I never heard anywhere else. It gives me comfort to read it. The teachings are very deep and after reading it they stay with you to ponder. It’s well written and I recommend it to all who look for deeper meaning to life.

There is information of Jesus’ early years never before shared by him through his messenger, Catherine Julian Dove. I found this inspiring, enlightening, and so very interesting. Vera Lauren made so many significant contributions – I totally respect the purity of her ghost writing and editing skills. Both Vera and Catherine’s collaboration with Jesus is non-imposing. This book was gifted to me two years ago. I finally found myself inspired to begin reading. This book is a treasure. I can only assume that it will require multiple readings in order to fully absorb the content since we only perceive that which we are ready to perceive. Each reading as digested should prepare one for more information from the next.

I have always been a Bible thumping religious person, but pretty much a follower–that is until now. This book does not go against anyone’s personal religious beliefs; rather, has you revisit the many mis-interpretations and completely dismisses an angry punishing God that always seemed contradictory to Jesus’ messages of unconditional love. I am not saying I have all the answers nor does this teaching; however, I have personally gained inner peace and spiritual strength. Yes, my religious foundation was shaken, but that is a good thing as now it is heavenly reinforced with intelligence, intuition, intentions and reasoning, not dogma and fear. I am thrilled to share my passion and enthusiasm for the book, The Measure of Christ’s Love.

This is a beautifully written book with great wisdom. The focus is love and encourages us never to buy into fear. You shouldn’t be misled by the title as it’s not at all a religious book but rather, it’s very spiritual. Vera Lauren explains that the word Christ is a pattern of energy, we are each meant to become high concious beings. I love the messages. I feel like it brought me comfort and much insight and will do so for other readers. What a different world we would live in if everyone followed the sacred philosophy in this delightful book. Do yourself a favor and buy this book and give a copy to someone you love.

Being raised in a very strict and cult-like religion, I was skeptical about reading the book. However, Reverend Vera Lauren and Catherine Dove have written a beautiful and non-judgmental masterpiece that has changed my way of thinking about religion and the reason Christ Jesus came to this earth. No hell fire, damnation or segregation, just universal and unconditional love. I highly recommend “The Measure of Christ’s Love” to anyone looking for a spiritual and healing reading experience.

Like some readers, I was a little skeptical of the title at first, HOWEVER, I found this book intriguing from the very beginning. Page after page the authors did a clear and concise job conveying the messages of spirituality in a non “preachy” and self elightening way. For me it was a thought provoking “feel good” read that definitely left me wanting more information I highly recommend it to both spiritual and non spiritual readers or anyone that is interested in metaphysical topics.

What a refreshing read about the Universal Christ. Anyone with a spiritual leaning would enjoy this book. The meditations included are worth the price of the book. Well worth the read. This is a book you can read again and again and receive more understanding about the Universal Christ. I will be keeping this handy on my bookshelf to re-read.

This book is a great read. It puts things in perspective and is all about love. It feels like this book is the “messenger”. I’m currently going through some difficult things in life and this book is designed with suggestions and techniques to help anyone get through a rough time. I loved this book!

Have you read and completed A Course in Miracles? I have. Three times. The Measure of Christ’s Love is just as amazing but presented in a less complicated manner and full of new information about Jesus, misinterpreted concepts, Light vs dark, the issues we face on this planet and how to deal with it and more. Jesus also gives many techniques as well.
This is a wonderful and enlightening book Channelled by Catherine and compiled and edited by Vera. Jesus gives his thoughts and explanations of his teachings.
There are several things I took from this book, for example:
1. We are all responsible for all the good and bad in this world. We all contribute to the collective energies of the world through our thoughts words actions and feelings. Good or bad it is all collected. People can then attract these energies and act on it. So, knowing this, let us all unite and be more loving and kind in all our thoughts words actions and feelings. Use discernment when others are causing harm.
2. Jesus holds the Christ energies, the same energies which is also referred to in Bhagavad Gita. The Christ energies are for everyone.
3. Jesus is not the only one who can hold and develop the Christ energies in us.
4. Misinterpretations about penance, and forgiveness, karma, and sin are clarified.
5. Forgive self and see everyone and all life as God’s creation.
6. Tips on parenting and procreation.
There is also a big range of spiritual topics such as Angels, Akashic records, the Second Coming, Om, Karma, Elementals (animals, plants), …
Be kind and loving to yourself and to others. Be of service. Laugh a lot and always SMILE.
